At Stratira, we respect your privacy and the trust you place in us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. In short: your content is yours, and we never sell your data or use your files to train AI models.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and login credentials when you create an account.
- Content you provide — the topics, manuscripts, outlines, images, product details, and other project materials you upload or enter to generate assets.
- Billing information — when you subscribe, payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
- Usage data — basic technical and usage information (such as device, browser, and actions in the app) that helps us operate and improve the service.
How we use your information
- To generate the marketing and content assets you request.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the platform.
- To process your subscription and payments.
- To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and important updates.
Your content is yours
If you upload a manuscript, outline, or project materials, they are analyzed securely for the sole purpose of generating your requested assets. Your files are not used to train AI models and are not shared with other users. All content, campaigns, images, playbooks, authority clusters, ebooks, and marketing assets generated through Stratira belong to you, and you hold full commercial rights to edit, publish, distribute, and monetize them however you choose.
How your content is processed
Uploaded files are processed within a closed system for the sole purpose of generating your requested assets, and are not stored longer than necessary for generation. To produce your assets, we use trusted third-party AI and infrastructure providers (for example, large-language-model and image-generation providers, and cloud hosting). These providers process your inputs only to return the requested output and do not use your content to train their models under our agreements.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or share your manuscripts, marketing assets, personal information, or project data with third parties for advertising or unrelated purposes.
Data retention and your control
You can delete your projects and generated content from your account at any time. We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Third-party services
We rely on a small set of trusted vendors to run Stratira, including a payment processor (Stripe), AI generation providers, cloud hosting and storage, and email delivery. Each processes only the data needed to perform its function.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate core features of the app. We do not use them to sell your data.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data and limit access to it.
Your rights
You may access, update, or delete your personal information and project content at any time from your account, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your data.
Children
Stratira is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
