Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Stratira (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Stratira is an AI-powered platform that generates marketing and content assets — such as content clusters, social calendars, email sequences, ebooks, product promos, and images — based on the topics, materials, and preferences you provide.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Stratira is offered as a monthly subscription. Plans include a set number of projects per billing month (for example, $97/month for 5 projects or $149/month for 10 projects).
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor (Stripe). Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Your project allowance resets at the start of each billing month and does not roll over.
• You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future billing, and you keep access through the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: if Stratira isn't right for you, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment by contacting hello@stratira.ai.

4. Acceptable use

To keep Stratira safe, respectful, and professional for everyone, you agree to the following when creating or uploading content:

• Respect intellectual property. Only upload manuscripts, images, or materials you own or have permission to use.
• Respect privacy. Do not upload private materials belonging to others without their consent.
• No impersonation. Do not use Stratira to impersonate public figures or misrepresent your identity.
• Use generated content responsibly. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated materials before publishing.
• Do not use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or harmful content, or to violate the rights of others.

Violations may result in suspension or removal of your account.

5. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the materials you upload. You grant Stratira a limited license to process your inputs solely to operate the Service and generate your requested assets. All content generated through Stratira belongs to you, and you hold full commercial rights to edit, publish, distribute, monetize, and use it however you choose.

6. AI-generated content

Stratira uses artificial intelligence to generate content. AI output may contain inaccuracies or errors and may resemble content generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated materials, and for ensuring you have the rights to use them, before publishing or distributing them.

7. Our intellectual property

The Stratira platform, software, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Stratira and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our name, logos, or platform except as necessary to use the Service.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including payment processing, AI generation, and cloud hosting). Your use of the Service may be subject to those providers' terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated content will meet your requirements or achieve any particular result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratira and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm Stratira or others.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
